Elite Prague processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
2. Scope of Personal Data Collected
For the purpose of assessing eligibility for the club and creating a compatibility profile, Elite Prague may collect the following categories of personal data:

Elite Prague is a private dating club offering members the opportunity to connect based on their compatibility profile. The club does not guarantee successful connections, the development of relationships, or any specific outcome. Members make their own decisions about further communication and in-person meetings.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data is processed on the basis of:
• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — Performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract
• Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — Consent of the data subject

In cases where compatibility profiling is used, processing is based on the explicit consent of the data subject.
Profiling is used solely for the purpose of selecting compatible members and is not used for automated legal decision-making.
5. Data Retention Period
Personal data is retained only for the duration of the membership.
After membership termination, data may be retained for no more than 24 months, unless otherwise required by law (e.g., tax or accounting regulations). Members have the right to request early deletion of their data, unless this conflicts with the controller's legal obligations.

Elite Prague operates under strict privacy standards.
