For the purpose of membership evaluation and compatibility profiling, Elite Prague may collect the following categories of personal data:

• Payment information (processed via secure third-party providers)
Where voluntarily disclosed by the member, certain sensitive personal data (such as personal values, lifestyle information or relationship history) may be processed solely for compatibility matching purposes.
Elite Prague does not request nor intentionally process special categories of data unless voluntarily provided and necessary for matchmaking assessment.

Personal data are processed exclusively for:
• Membership evaluation and approval
• Compatibility profiling and curated introductions
• Contract administration
• Secure communication with members
• Compliance with legal obligations
Personal data are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.

5.Data Retention
Personal data are retained only for the duration of membership and for a maximum of 24 months after termination, unless legal obligations require longer retention.
Members may request earlier deletion, subject to contractual and legal limitations.

Member identities are never disclosed without prior consent.
Introductions are conducted discreetly.
Information shared between members remains confidential and may not be redistributed.
