MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This document constitutes a Public Offer issued by Elite Prague, a Private Compatibility Club (hereinafter referred to as the “Club”).
By submitting an application, making payment, or otherwise engaging the Club’s services, the Client confirms full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

1. POSITIONING OF THE CLUB

1.1 Elite Prague operates as a private, invitation-based compatibility institution for ambitious individuals.
1.2 The Club provides structured partner selection services based on psychological, strategic, and value alignment principles.
1.3 The Club does not operate as a public dating platform, marriage agency, or social networking service.

2.ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Membership is available to individuals who:
– are at least 21 years of age
– are legally single
– meet the Club’s selection criteria
2.2 The Club reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

3.NATURE OF SERVICES
3.1 The Club provides:
– structured compatibility assessment
– value and personality profiling
– curated introductions
– strategic advisory guidance
3.2 The Club guarantees professional execution of its methodology but does not guarantee marriage, emotional outcomes, or relationship duration.
3.3 Introductions occur only upon mutual consent of both parties.

4.CONFIDENTIALITY
4.1 All membership is strictly confidential.
4.2 Members agree not to disclose identities, profiles, or information of other members.
4.3 The Club maintains a separate Privacy Policy in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

5.FEES AND PAYMENT
5.1 Services are provided on a prepayment basis.
5.2 Membership fees depend on the selected level of membership.
5.3 The Club reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment.

6.TERMINATION
6.1 The Client may withdraw within 14 days unless services have already commenced.
6.2 The Club may terminate membership in case of:
– breach of confidentiality
– false information
– inappropriate conduct
– behavior inconsistent with Club standards

7.LIABILITY
7.1 The Club is responsible for professional delivery of services only.
7.2 The Club is not liable for personal decisions, emotional outcomes, or private arrangements between members.

8.GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union legislation.
