MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This document is a public offer from Elite Prague – Private Compatibility Club (hereinafter referred to as the Club), IČ: 87036363, email: info@eliteprague.cz, website: www.eliteprague.cz (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Offeror), addressed to an unlimited number of individuals (hereinafter referred to as the Client/Club Member).
The Offer is governed by the Civil Code of the Czech Republic (§ 1731 et seq. Občanský zákoník), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and other applicable EU and Czech law.
1. Subject of the Offer and Positioning of the Club
1.1. The Club provides structured services for the selection of potentially compatible partners based on an assessment of values, personality, life goals, and strategic alignment (hereinafter referred to as the Services).
1.2. The Club is a closed, private, invitation-only club and not a public dating platform, marriage agency, or mass-market dating service.
1.3. Services include (depending on membership level):
psychological and values profiling,
strategic compatibility assessment,
carefully selected candidate recommendations,
personalized consultations, and relationship development strategies.
1.4. The Club does not guarantee finding a partner, marriage, the duration or quality of relationships, emotional outcomes, or other personal outcomes. The Club guarantees only professional and conscientious execution of its methodology.
2. Membership Eligibility and Selection
2.1. Membership is open only to individuals over 21 years of age, legally single, and meeting the Club's internal criteria.
2.2. The Club reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any application without explanation or obligation to justify its decision.
2.3. For application review, the Client must provide:
a) 6-8 high-quality photographs
b) a completed application for services; for international dating purposes, a form available on the website www.eliteprague.cz
c) a scanned photo of a passport (page spread)
d) a personal interview (online consultation) with the agency owner and preliminary approval of the application
d) at the agency's request, provide a video image for the purposes of fulfilling this agreement and in accordance with the confidentiality level
e) to achieve effective results in finding and selecting a partner, the Client undertakes to follow the recommendations and instructions provided by the Agency.
2.4. The Agency does not thoroughly verify the accuracy of personal information (place of work, credit history, actual place of residence) provided by the Client. However, if the information is found to be inaccurate, the Agency reserves the right to unilaterally terminate services to the Client without refund.
2.5. Providing knowingly false information or failing to comply with Club standards will result in immediate termination without refund.
3. Conclusion of Agreement
3.1. Acceptance of the offer occurs by:
payment of the membership fee according to the issued invoice,
or by other means.
3.2. The date of conclusion of the Agreement is the date the full payment is credited to the Club account.
3.3. This Agreement constitutes an offer, and your request for services, sent to the Club by any means and in any form, signifies your acceptance of all the terms of this Agreement in full, without any exceptions or limitations on your part (acceptance). This Agreement, concluded by accepting this offer, does not require bilateral signature and is valid in electronic form.
3.4. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement or are not entitled to enter into it by law, you should not begin or immediately cease any use of the Club's services.
3.5. The relationship between the Parties may be further regulated by separate documents and agreements, including those governing the use of additional or personalized services. The use of such additional documents and agreements does not invalidate this Agreement.
4. Payment and Rates
4.1. Services are provided exclusively on a 100% prepayment basis.
4.2. The price is determined by the selected membership level (Strategic, Executive, Founders' Circle) and is indicated on the eliteprague.cz website or in the individual offer.
4.3. The price does not include VAT (simplified tax system in the Czech Republic).
4.4. All payments are made in EUR to the Club's account.
4.5. In the event of incomplete payment, the Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice.
5. Right of Cancellation and Refund
5.1. The Client has the right to cancel membership within 14 calendar days from the date of acceptance, but only if Services have not yet been provided (the application has not been processed, profiling has not begun, and recommendations have not been issued).
5.2. If cancellation is made within the specified period, the Club will refund the amount paid minus:
actual expenses incurred (minimum €300–€500 depending on the stage),
an administrative fee of €150.
5.3. No refund will be made after Services have begun to be provided (any action: application processing, interview, issuance of the first recommendation).)
6. Grounds for unilateral termination by the Club without refund
The Club reserves the right to immediately terminate membership and services without refund in the following cases:
breach of confidentiality,
provision of false information,
inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior,
change of preferences leading to unrealistic demands,
attempts at deception, blackmail, slander against the Club,
material interest in acquaintances (not for the purpose of establishing a relationship),
loss of contact with the Club for more than 45 days,
any actions contrary to the spirit and standards of a private club.
7. Confidentiality and GDPR
7.1. All Club Member data is strictly confidential. Sharing information with third parties without explicit consent is prohibited.
7.2. Acquaintances occur exclusively with the mutual consent of both parties.
7.3. The Personal Data Processing Policy (GDPR) is an integral part of this offer (see ANNEX № 1 on the website).
8. Liability
8.1. The Club is solely responsible for the faithful provision of Services within the framework of its methodology.
8.2. The Club is not responsible for the personal decisions of Members, emotional experiences, the outcome of relationships, the actions of third parties, or any consequential damages.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. The Parties shall not be liable for any failure, in whole or in part, to fulfill the obligations stipulated by this Agreement if such failure is due to circumstances beyond their control (force majeure). Such circumstances include: natural disasters (fires, floods, earthquakes, etc.), military action or government decisions, illegal actions of third parties, and other circumstances beyond the control of the parties.
9.2. The Party citing force majeure is obligated to notify the other Party within 3 calendar days of the occurrence of such circumstances and, upon request, provide copies of documents confirming the occurrence of force majeure.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
All disagreements arising between the Parties shall be settled through negotiations.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. The Club reserves the right to amend the offer. The new version shall enter into force upon publication on the website www.eliteprague.cz.
11.2. Continued use of services after the offer has been amended constitutes acceptance of the new version.
11.3. This offer is published on the website www.eliteprague.cz and is valid indefinitely until revoked.
